Manager upset I’ve put in my two week notice

It’s hilarious that they expect me to continue to work somewhere that is no longer convenient to me simply because they will have more work to do and will have to go through the hassle of hiring someone else, but this is not my problem.

I understand I was an asset to their company but I have to do what’s right for my situation and my LIFE regardless of how short I worked there. I can’t wait to move on to my new opportunity as this will serve me way better than my current job. I did my fair share of work there, I could care less who’s peace I disrupt if I am doing things appropriately like putting my 2 weeks and continuing to help out until then.

My physical, mental, and my financial health are my priorities.
