I was told over the phone by a prospective employer that I needed to sign this document, which they described as 'just a simple non-disclosure agreement' concerning course content. It turns out, however, they want to prevent me from working for any competing company for five years.
Can you believe this is for a near-minimum wage role as a tutor in a primary school tutoring company?! What a joke.
