I have around 4-5 hours of “free” time on each day from Monday to Friday. This time includes groceries, relaxation, laundry, a little bit of reading and training getting ready for the next day, getting ready for bed.
Because I dont have time during the week – I often have to sacrifice my sunday to cook and clean. Because 40 hours are just to much with work + private life + private life duties.
Yet I see people that claim they read like 200+ books a year or go to the gym every day. Do these people pay a cleaner that does all that stuff for them or do they live in a dumpster?
Because there is no way you can work 40 hours do all these activities and have a tidy flat/House.
