Posted this in the sub correlating to my job and got downvoted by corporate dink lickers. Got demoted at my at my job for “calling out every Sunday and letting the team down” even though it was like two Sundays and I had a note for one. Have a possible fracture in my foot. Job is demoting me to a more physically demanding job. I said no. They said “you have no choice” But…I have feelers out for three different jobs in the mere hours since getting demoted and the SD that demoted me is in hot water(with the Union) for wrongly demoting/firing other people. Trying to think of the best way to quit/ghost them.
