Received a counter offer from current company to stay for $11K less than offer from another company. I recently graduated with my master’s degree and applied to several senior roles externally. I accepted an offer for $30K more than my current salary. When I told my manager, they refused to accept my resignation letter and went to go talk their boss and the higher ups to offer a counter offer. I feel conflicted because I love the work I do and my coworkers.
