Why can’t it be normal that when an Employer puts you on it, that you can’t counter offer and say that you as an Employer need to meet these criteria as well? I must be old school but I was always under the impression that this relationship is a 2-way street. I’m Not currently in one but 20 years ago I was and it seemed like they held all the cards and there wasn’t anything I could do even if I met Their metrics.
