I just got in trouble for not showing up at meeting on Teams at 7am. My work hours are 8-5pm. It was mandatory by a top executive. I told them I was getting ready for work at that time and have to drive to the office. Can I defend myself here? Or am I wrong? I’m not a manager but I have duties like one
