Basically I got an email from managment that they were informed I never finished an “anonymous” survey. What’s the point of an anonymous survey if your third party system tells you who did and didn’t complete it?
I’m definitely not sending it in now. Oops, it’s the end of the month and I forgot. I started the survey and then never finished it because I was uncomfortable. I don’t want a huge target on my back, so I can’t answer the questions honestly. There were nosey questions asking what I thought about managment and the different teams that run the organization.
This is supposed to be an anonymous survey about workplace experience… it’s so weird that they were chasing after me like that to finish it.
