I work for a small business that was doing great and had tons of work and workers and started off with like 40 ppl there but now down to like 15-20 ppl.
I’m a hard worker and only make a small wage compared to what the company is making. I do a large amount of coordinating and shipping / inventory. The company made 9 million dollars a yr at its peak and now its making like 5-6. The business kinda dried up. And the morale is quite low.
I suspect our president is on drugs and drinks and shit and is a ego narcissist passive. At any rate I just think it’s time to move on, but its just hard to let go of the people that you struggled with.
I know the company is not my responsibility and if I leave its a major hit to morale and the work I do.
I deserve better I know it. I know I’m ranting and I’ll shut up now but I just wanted your input.
