As the title suggests I have given my 1 month notice that I am leaving my job, and it feels sooo freaking good. I have taken a lot of crap from this company over the last couple of years.
I know that for some of you 1 month sounds insane but that’s how the law works where I live. Unlike the US you cannot be terminated at a moments notice here or leave at a moments notice. Basically they have 3 choices:
1. Let me work my last month.
2. Release me of my duties and pay me to do nothing this last month.
3. Fire me (unlawfully as you need to have a good reason) and pay me for 3 months of work.
