Completely defeated, I see no way out

I have been working full time since I was 16-17 and hate literally every single day I have to go to work. Tried loads of jobs and nothing is satisfying it's always soul crushing. I have no idea how people do 60 hours in a week when I can barely come out the other side of 40. You barely get a weeks worth of paid time off over the course of an entire year and anytime you take a sick day your workload doubles because there is nobody to pick up the slack. You try to cut back your hours to something more reasonable and you lose even that measly week of vacation, not to mention the potential retaliation of not being “invested in your job”. I have no clue how other people cope with being constantly exhausted and sore all over. Like I am only 28 this year, how…
