I'm a full time employee at a hospital. Got a new job with the county emergency service and offered to stick around PRN (a few shifts a month) so they weren't shorthanded. When you go down to PRN you are not eligible for healthcare benefits or PTO. Most companies would pay you a little more hourly to compensate. Not my company. They graciously offered to reduce my pay by 15%. This same place offers a MAXIMUM 3% yearly raises. By that math, they are taking away 5 years of my hard work. Nty. Im out.
