Is this my company trying to fire me for having to get surgery and be on medical leave? I live in los angeles, california btw. Any advice is helpful. Can I sue for this? As a result, we will need to separate from you at this time but want to note that you are 100% eligible for rehire. You have been a great addition to the team, and we would love to welcome you back when you are ready. We will go ahead and mail any pay owed to the address below. If this is incorrect, please let us know ASAP. Otherwise, please stay in touch and let us know when you are ready to return.
