Howdy Anti work fam,
Last week I was voluntold to lead a team event where I'm expected to mediate a sort of coaching 1h chat with my Director about Effective Communications best practices.
Thing is I never even talked to the guy as he's very distant from the day to day work, and as an introvert I hate/am usually terrible at these types of things, so I'm feeling super insecure about how to structure this whole event.
Has anyone done anything similar and could help with some ideas of good content/questions/example scenarios for this type of event?
For context I work in the sales team of a tech company.
