I told my boss that I trust him to do his job.

My manager is a good man. I've come to realize that he as a manager is just as burned out and depressed as I am. But he still tries to get me to do his job. It's little things that I CAN do, but it takes me away from the big things I HAVE to do. The other day, he asked me about a little thing. “Do you want to do this, or…” I smiled at him, and said, “No, sir. I believe in you, and trust that you don't need me to do this.” He can be a butt, but he's also really good and reminds me CONSTANTLY that I need to take care of my health.
