Notice period agreed with HR, manager is trying to change it

Hello, on Friday I handed my notice in at work. I have to give 1 months notice but HR said that I could deduct my remaining 4 days holiday from that. Now I only have to work 3 weeks and 1 day. So instead of finishing 25/08/2023 I will finish 21/08/2023. I put all of this in my resignation letter along with the fact that this was all agreed with HR. Monday morning my manager called me into their office and said that Im not allowed to deduct my remaining holiday from my notice period. Instead they want to pay me for the holiday and that I have no say in this matter. They want me to write a new resignation letter with a full months notice period. If my notice period has already been agreed with HR and my resignation letter has already been handed in do they have the power to change the notice period with out my consent?

I live in England, not sure if this matters.
