If you can’t afford AC in your establishment, then you shouldn’t be allowed to own an establishment.

It is absolutely ridiculous to me that businesses wanna pay people a low salary and on top of that have no AC in there establishment. If you can't afford to run AC throughout your business then you shouldn't be allowed to have a business point blank period. People shouldn't have to burn up and suffer from severe heat just because you can't afford to provide them with cool air.
