So my manager is the type to just say whatever is on their mind. Which doesnt really bother me too much. But he is also the type to be friendly to your face and the second you turn your back they are talking shit about you. He would openly talk crap about other coworkers too. I try to avoid him at all cost cause we have gone back and forth before and he didnt like what i said back to him. I keep my head down and just do my work. But ill catch him sometimes standing watching and talking shit to the other manager. And ive also been around when he does it to other coworkers. The work is stupid easy but dealing with this is just annoying. Anyone else have a similar experience?
