Can I sue my boss for hugging me without my consent?

Me (26M) and my partner just broke up. I'm feeling down and was visibly sad. My boss approached my work station to collect my coworker for a meeting and she notices my sadness. She proceeds to ask a bunch of questions (“What's wrong?”, “Do I need to beat someone up?”, “What happened?”, etc). In an effort to get her to leave me alone I just tell her that me and my partner broke up. She asks if I need a hug, I tell her no, she asks if I'm sure and I say I'm positive. Even still, she proceeds to make her way around my desk and hug me from behind as I sit. I just stare at my coworker who knows me well enough to know I do not fuck with anything that is happening. Is there any legal action I can take towards this or is this strictly an HR problem (who more than likely won't do anything about it, or will make it worse).
