I left a job almost one year ago for the same position at another company and I regret it. I miss my co workers, miss the work environment, and i miss having less work. I gave all that up to make $2 more an hour and have a union, but I do double the work, and my boss is a micro-managing prick! If you have a job you enjoy, don’t leave for a little extra $$ its not worth it!
