Can an employer make you put the reason you want off for pto? Like a pto sheet four weeks in advance? I work for a county owned business in the US and they just started this thing on a pto sheet about why you need the day, or days off. It’s a benefit FFS!!!! What if I need the day off for a medical reason? It goes into HIPPA at that point right?
