I reported to HR that she had done this not only to me (the assistant manager) but to other low level workers as well. Not only did she do this but also refused to report to HR a sexual misconduct report. I tried reaching out to lawyers but none seem interested, so I posted a negative review on Google, which I regularly kept updating to annoy them. I received a letter in the mail from her attorney in December 2021 telling me to take down the post or stop sharing the post otherwise I would be sued for defamation. I had right of recall when the position opened up again, but instead they posted the job online and when I inquired they took the posting down and said the position had been closed.

Separately the Executive Director and HR manager did not pay me a fair wage in 2018 when I was the interim manager, and I brought this to their attention at the time. 6 months later they agreed to pay out 4k on my check or I would have to resign from my position.

What should I do? This is still bothering me years later. The position was with a non-profit organization taking a grant from NYS.
