Hey guys, hoping to get some thoughts on this.
My girlfriend works as a dental assistant at a dental clinic (duh) and the director/owner of the clinic sent this message in the work group chat. These are some new rules for the staff calling in sick. The first rule is fine, but the second rule requires an offical document for ANY days off, even if you need to leave work early or come in later.
But the strangest to me is the third rule which I’ve never heard of. This rule makes it seem like an interrogation will take place after every single absence. Am I wrong for thinking that it’s a step too far? Am I misreading it?
