I work at Dave and Busters as a server, in NC. My hourly manager consistently keeps asking inappropriate questions about my sexuality. He shows me tiktoks of girls shaking their butt and asks me if I like it. He also will ask me “what is it like being gay” i also notice he puts me on garbage and sweep everyday which is the hardest side work by a considerable amount.
I spoke to the general manager but he basically gave the “ive known him for x years and hes never done anything like this and you are the first person to complain about him” and hes not doing anything lol.
I told the hourly manager to his face im calling coperate and the assistant GM (that was there when I said that) basically told me im being disrespectful blah blah
Yall what should I do
