My fiances employer is asking for my child's doctor's note because I had to call him home from work for a ER trip with our kid? They want a doctor's note for our kid, but I refuse to give it to them as he is a minor and that's not something I'm comfortable with. This would be for CO, an at will state. They put him on suspension pending a doctor's note from my kids ER doctor. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm about to message HR about this issue if we can't resolve it
