How do I reply to “I guarantee everyone else works more than xxx hours”.

I’m a new (hourly) employee working 40 scheduled hours a week. A majority of the company is salaried (I’d say ~90%) so they don’t have to enter their work time, only time off. I entered my time for the first few weeks and I got notification that I was working OT, the cutoff is 37.5 hours and I was at 40. My manager insists I DO NOT work OT but have to work the full 40 hours. So I told her ok, I’ll do that but it’s going to show as OT, I’m not working for free. She then proceeded to tell me everyone in the office works over 37.5 hours and has mentioned that to me multiple times. The pay rate up to 40 hours is at regular pay, not time and a half so shouldn’t be a big deal but I can tell it’s bothering her. I’lol work…

I’lol work either one but I’m not working for free, I don’t care how much the salaried employees are working. This is on top of I’m the only one in the office coming in 5 days/week. The ONLY one. Everyone else is 2 days a week at max, even the people with the same position as me. The pay is great so I will come in every day and not complain but not sure why I’m being made to come in so often when no one else is. Just needed to get that off my chest.
