Boss pulled aside the only 2 guys that share my position into his office. When they came out they told me they got scolded for talking about their wages. I have no idea why I wasn't included but that's besides the point. What's my course of action here? Both my boss and these coworkers are aware that wage discussion is legally protected. I know the 2 guys well enough to be confident they won't do anything about it. Should I go to HR?
