I feel like my company’s structure is hindering my success

I work for a real estate company doing lead management. We’re a property investing and like house flipping company and I basically set appointments and manage the leads in our system. I do basically everything before we actually put an offer on the property but that’s the part my boss does. I’ve been here 2 weeks and generated 7 very good appointments but my boss hasn’t been able to get in contact with them. I had one last week that was the best one yet. My boss called and talked to him on Thursday and was supposed to call him back on Friday but never did. I told him like 2 hours ago to call asap and he said ok but still hasn’t. What should I do? The majority of my pay depends on these deals closing. I also feel like if I could close my own deals I would already have a few in the bag because I wouldn’t have to depend on someone else to finish it.
