I’m going to make this fast.
My manager at work has been timing how long it takes for me to clean the bathrooms at work because they believe I’m taking too long to do so. This isn’t exactly abnormal in a work force but I know he’s only doing it to find a reason to fire me, as I’ve been written up for apparently taking over an hour to clean two bathrooms. I asked him how much he timed me for and he acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. I asked my shift lead after our manager left if he had asked him to time me, and wouldn’t you know it , he did. Is there anything I can do about this?
