I hate it. I hate everything about the job. The work is boring and monotonous. Most of the staff are racist/sexist/homophobic. The hours suck. I've been crying at my desk all day.

So my question isn't whether to quit, it's how and when? I want to just walk out the door and never come back. My husband is encouraging me to quit because of the effect the job is having on my mental health. He makes enough money for us to manage pretty well, my job is extra money for savings and non-essentials.

If I make it through the day, I won't come back tomorrow. But I don't want to stay until then end of my shift. I want out now. Should I just bounce or tell my boss I quit? He's condescending and arrogant(as are most of the men who work here), and I don't like confrontation.
