I have been looking for a job for months now and have had terrible luck. On top of that, most “offers” or messages I receive are from sketchy companies that end up being or looking very close to a scam.
I also keep getting nonstop automated phone calls and emails after visiting what I thought were reputable job search sites. Or I'll click on a link from Google search for something like Indeed and it takes me to some random site instead.
Wtf?? Am I too dumb for the internet or are scam artists seriously preying on desperate people?
