HR bought us some pizza for our lunch break for 1st and 2nd shift. We usually eat hour lunch and 8pm ending at 8:30pm. Supervisor is the “ do as I as say or your fired . “ type of douche. He wanted to eat at 7pm which is way too early since we leave at 11pm from work. That’s 3 1/2 hours of straight warehouse work that we didn’t want. I asked privately for the people who DONT want pizza can we eat at regular time? He said no because the pizza was gonna get cold. Well the pizza was already cold af when it came and 2 people ate it out of the 15 on our shift. Some people are at regular time. 10 minutes after 8:30pm he called everyone for a meeting. He told everyone if you don’t do as I say, I will fire you immediately and it’s disrespectful. The dude is a giant baby and doesn’t actually work lmao. So pretty much if we don’t eat at the time he says for pizza your fired lmao. Bullshit? Yes
