As title says. Throwaway in case anyone I know browses Reddit as I use a similar username for other platforms.
I enjoy a comfortable salary (still maybe 5-10k less than what I could get elsewhere) but I work from home every day, have relatively flexible hours, and work with a great team. I've been at this company for a handful of years and went from office bitch to office manager. I don't see my salary raising too much in the coming years but as stated I love the benefits I do get. I know it's a whole thing of “loyalty doesn't get you paid/pay the bills” but would it be worth moving companies if I lose some benefits? I'm on the fence and am just looking for some input.
