i work at 100% a lot for my own peace of mind. management take advantage of this and slack often. feel like i can’t go to management about anything because they’re the ones that are the problem. co workers are not treated the same, one rule for one and not another. example, if i sit down for 10 minutes i get told to work. another co worker sits down all day and nobody says a word. been here 2 years and getting burned out from it all now. i love the job though so it makes me sad that others ruin it.
