Hey guys
So i work in IT company in Europe ,I’m from iraq and came here totally legally, while ago i was talking with one of my colleagues about salaries and stuff and to my shock he gets around 10% more than me and i found out me and another foreigner gets the lowest amount in the department
I’m an engineer and had 5 years of experience in IT yet i get paid less than my colleague who’s only 19 and this is his first IT job
Not bad mouthing my colleague and wish him all the best because he is a really good guy ,but the fuck? How is that even fair
Like yeah i understand that i came from a shithole but still i had solid experience and fully documented
