Wondering if anyone else feels like this. I work with kids with autism. I work for an awesome small company with great people. However, I am severely underpaid and do this for 40 hours a week. I don’t know how, even if you enjoy everything about your job, working 40 hours a week is or has ever been sustainable. Do people not have hobbies or things they want to do outside of work? I feel like I’m never home. I’m 21 so maybe I’m just not used to it yet.
