I have had my fair share of quitting jobs. I’m currently looking for another job right now. I have had quite a few times were my boss said “I wasn’t aware you were looking” after turning in my two weeks. Does anyone ever notify there company they are looking elsewhere. It has always perplexed me and had me wondering why would you ever tell them unless maybe leveraging a job offer for a raise.
