Do I have any options other than just play as nice as I can and hope I don’t get screwed?

So. About 6 weeks ago, I slipped and fell at my job. For context I work in a steel machining factory, with lathes, grinders, swagers, assembly lines, press stations, etc. Most of the machines, I'd not all, require some sort of oil and or coolant for lubrication the machining process. It is standard operating procedure that every operator cleans there section at end of shift, including mopping the floors. I had walked through an area that another operator, a coworker of mine, was responsible for and he (as well as the operator on 1st shift. I work 2nd shift) are notorious for not mopping the floor. They just don't do it literally ever. And nobody ever seems to say anything to them about it. Anyhow I walk through his section on the way to my section. I slipped and fell and landed hard on my left arm. I immediately lept up and exclaimed “OOWWW” I hard a snapping noise as I hit the floor. I thought I had broken a bone in the first few seconds. I rushed over to my machine and shut it down. Then immediately got to the middle of the floor and screamed my, essentially managers, name as loud as I could. He immediately rushed over I told him the situation. At this point it finally clicked in my brain. I couldn't move my arm at all, I had dislocated my shoulder. I told him of what just happened and he alerted his superior. Fast forward I get treatment and my mri date is set out 6 weeks from my initial injury. I just had the appointment yesterday. HR at work has been great with working with me through this injury right up until recently. 2 weeks ago they shifted me from one armed work( which was my restriction per the Dr until I was cleared pending mri scanning to go back to regular work. Again I work in a steel factory. I mover around some pieces of equipment that are easily 300 lbs daily.) They have me just doing measurements for parts. Which doesn't sound like much, but my orthopedic Dr suspects I have torn muscles. Can't confirm until this thrusday when mri results come back. But either way, everyone at work is well aware that it is painful to use my left arm due to the suspected muscle tear. So I have my mri appointment yesterday and they told me not to go to work that day, even wrote so on my discharge papers. Head of HR was NOT happy that I had to miss a day if work. I walked into her office as soon as I entered the building about 20 minutes before the start if my shift today. I handed her my discharge papers from the mri appointment and she immediately questioned me. “Who told you that you couldn't come into work yesterday?” I told her it was the Dr who had injected the dye into my shoulder during the xray I received just before the mri (same appointment, just a bundle deal. The dye was in the socket of my shoulder. Purpose being to see if tendons have been torn away from the ball of the arm and socket of the shoulder) she immediately detested stating that she could have provided a non strenuous work day for me. She also quickly noted i was not in proper uniform. I didn't have my work shirt on. I told her my washer had broken about 2 weeks ago and i simply didn't have any other clean clothes to wear. Which was the truth. She then said something that kind of blew my mind in a way that i was thinking to myself what in the actual fuck is happening right now. She said and I quote “I can give a company shirt but we really need people to start following the rules around here. We have people coming in now that can do these jobs. A bunch of people just left X company and a few other people just left Y company” Am I over thinking this, or did my HR just threaten my job today? While I'm on workers comp for an injury that happened at work at their fault? Not sure what to do moving forward.. because I definitely can NOT afford these medical bills without the workers comp. The Dr's I'm going through right now do not accept my personal insurance. So basically, what the hell do I do from here? Any help or advice is appreciated. Will try to give an update. Also not that is matters, but, first time posting here
