My son got a job working at a factory out of high school to help out since I am disabled and my wife (his mom) got cancer. He is now going college and wants to work 40 hours (does not mind factory work) but every job he has applied to says M – F 40 hours. Then goes in for the interview its 5 10s and mandatory Sat and Sunday.
4 Jobs he interviewed for have all done this and he just says it wont work with college. I used to work 70 hours a week and that is why I have a busted back and nerve damage. He does not want to end up like me.
