Well, I’m just over 1 year and a few months at my job. I already haven’t liked it much. But to make matters worse we’ve gone through so many changes since I got hired, I’m now on my 3rd manager and I can already say that I hate the type of manager she is. Had her introduction in our team meeting last week. She sent out an email early this morning and basically stated the “rules” and bro..fuck this. It’s the most polite work nazi type shit. The first half of the email was that “here’s me I can’t wait to work with you let’s all be positive” type of shit followed by the second half laying out basically threatening rules to follow with the most micromanaged type of replies. Reminds me of the power trip guys I used to deal with in the Navy all the time. It’s time I find a new position because I’m not gonna survive working under this new person.
