Coworker left for a higher paying job and other coworker told they have no value

For abit of backstory, we recently got a new manager who has been great. They listened to our concerns around salary and took it to senior management. Senior management pushed back and said they don't think we deserve the pay increase because we are not doing XYZ. The fucked thing is that I already do XYZ in my role so that's bullshit. Anyway, my coworker resigned for a role doing the exact same thing for a huge increase in pay. My other coworker was told that their role is going to be replaced by an automated system so the company doesn't see their value anymore. I have receipts and facts that I do what they believe i need to be doing to get a pay rise, do I bring it up with my manager and present the facts and ask for a fair salary or do I disengage and look…

I like my company and would like to stay but knowing I could get a significant pay increase elsewhere would make a huge difference to my quality of life.
