Hai Guyz, So I am in a sort of catch-22. I work for Amazon but through a contractor. Meaning that another company's name appears on my W-2. Contractor essentially said that they don't want to get involved. Amazon says I am not their employee even though the only difference between me and a direct employee is whose name appears on the paycheck. Long story short a lot of misconduct I using OSHA violations.
