The entirety of the company I work for had a meeting scheduled in with the CEO 2 days ago for today. Nobody knows what it's about outside of the vague term 'buisness strategy'. Everyones really on edge in my department because we had redundancies just before Christmas last year which had the same kinda lack of communication. Why can't they just be straight forward with what this meeting is about? If it's about redundancies just say that surely? What a cruel thing to do to your employees making them sit and wonder for two days when you could just tell us.
