Reaction I got from “HR” when our coworker started screaming and harassing everyone on the worksite (they’re deleting the messages too)

This has been a reoccurring thing whenever the guy is asked to do his job, he begins screaming at people and insulting them personally, waving his arms around and makes empty threats, our company sits and wonders why no one works here very long. I finally bring it up during one of his outbursts and this what I get.
