Client refusing to reverse and resend money for fear of his account being compromised

I (25f) went from a waitress to a self taught remote worker, now I'm back to job hunting. My long-term client sent me money as usual via PayPal, it was put on hold and my account got limited immediately. Even after submitting everything required I got permanently limited. PayPal support was not helping at all and I cannot afford to wait the 180 days so I asked the client to request a refund so that he can resend it via another method of payment and he declined. Reason being, he uses his PayPal for all kinds of transactions and he doesn't want to compromise his account, If there was unnecessary attention on his account he could get flagged too. I've gone through their social media and I think PayPal could be flagging some accounts for no reason at all. It feels so unfair considering most of us working online get our funds through PayPal. I'm in a very tight spot and I'm just curious if there is anyone else who has been able to withdraw their funds before the 180 days? Also, can the client's transactions affect my account too, coz I have never done anything that would be considered 'suspicious activity'. Its been almost 2 years of me using that account without any issues working as a virtual assistant and freelancing. Without my paypal account I might lose my main source of income as most clients prefer using PayPal. I have bills to pay, the landlord is on my neck and have run out of almost everything in the house. I wonder how PayPal could be so inhumane, not even considering that most people need the money urgently. For those who might be asking, was I not saving ahead you should be aware how family emergencies can drain you out. I've also realised I'm always the giver in most friendships, when its my turn there's no one I can rely on.
