A new nursery rhyme for our new Labor Day

Remember, remember, the 1st of September, When voices united in peaceful endeavor. We stand against greed and government’s might, With hearts full of hope, and minds shining bright. A protest not violent, but filled with grace, Challenging injustice in every embrace. No barrels of powder, no darkness in sight, Just unity’s power and truth as our light. Holler for justice, let freedom bells ring, A peaceful uprising, let harmony sing. On this day we gather, our message so clear, For a world that’s more just, we hold love near.
