Is feeling like you’re constantly going to bed and waking up normal?

I’m in my 20s and starting working a full-time job about 1.5 years ago. The job is 100% WFH (thank god). However ever since I started working I’ve felt like all I do is go sleep and wake up. It feels like every 10 minutes and it’s starting to creep me out. Like I wake up, there’s much of “nothing” in between and I go to sleep. Even if I do some stuff outside of work that day, my day feels the same. I’m not sure if I’m even making any sense here, and maybe my anxiety of just at an all time high, but if anyone has this same feeling please say something so I know I’m not losing it lol. I’m guessing it may be the fact that work dominates my life so I’ve literally become numb to time, but I just don’t know. I was not like…

I’m guessing it may be the fact that work dominates my life so I’ve literally become numb to time, but I just don’t know. I was not like this before and I want to start actually feeling “Life” again. Is that even possible when you stare at a screen all day?
