We need to instate a 7 day in any direction work week law which states if I can look back in any direction on my week 7 days from where I'm at and hit more than 40 hours I should be given overtime for that. This could fix the issue of them trying to game the system to get us to do back breaking back to back hours without a cent extra because magically my week starts on Sunday.
