Long story short two employees who had been at odds for a while really fought on the clock out of nowhere. They were both pulled to the office (we kind of work in a warehouse) and subsequently fired. Fast forward to two days later (today) and I’m told I’m being fired for recording and uploading it, even after I showed them I deleted it (it’s still in my snap memories anyways lol). Was I in the wrong there? Cause honestly I don’t believe I was and feel as though they got it wrong when it comes to me.
