What is “wage theft” to you?

The other day I wasn’t feeling my best, but my work for the day was done and I took a nap. Someone in my family then said to me that taking a nap, or doing anything else besides working for that matter during working hours is wage theft. Mind you this person does not work from home and cannot/will not ever be able to in their line of work. I thought this was incredibly out of touch and a drastic statement. I do many things around my house during my downtime working from home, and know I’m not alone, but never considered it wage theft?
